Andrew is a driven an experienced Entrepreneur with years of start up and iOS development experience.  He also has nearly a decade of IT Software Delivery experience working for several Fortune 500 companies.  Andrew is an entirely self-taught iOS Developer.  He worked tirelessly on nights and weekends to teach himself Swift mobile development and built the HoodHoot app from scratch.  During his free time, in addition to building new features for HoodHoot, Andrew is an accomplished outdoorsman.

 From a young age Michael has been passionate about business and entrepreneurship, these passions have driven his desire to build and grow a company from the ground up. After graduating from Binghamton University with a degree in Financial Economics, Michael recognized the increasing role technology would play in business and jumped at the opportunity to start his career in technology. He has spent his entire career in IT Software Delivery leading teams and managing large scale projects for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. In Michael’s free time he is passionate about exploring the outdoors camping and hiking, a passion first realized in the Boy Scouts of America where he earned their highest award of Eagle Scout.

Joe is an accomplished packaging designer and engineer with over a decade of experience working with brands to deliver sustainable packaging designs. After earning his degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology Joe joined his childhood friends in developing the concept and functionality behind hoodhoot.

Conrad Fronterre is a digital marketing and monetization professional. Has a diverse background and skill-set; deep knowledge of mobile, programmatic connections, platform capabilities, data partners and technologies focused on driving innovation and value in the digital marketplace.
 
An entrepreneur and investor, he is the Founder and Owner of Programmatic Connect (DBA New York), Co-Founder and Managing Member of Fronterre & Sons, LLC, and Chief Revenue Officer of Our Way Media Group, LLC. In July 2016, he was a recipient of the Rising Star Award from Cynopsis Media, honoring the best and brightest upcoming stars in the media industry. Earned his Master of Arts Degree in 2012 from Scared Heard University after graduating from Iona College in 2009.
 
His tireless work ethic and relentless determination have quickly earned praise from executives, co-workers and clients, but recognition hasn’t just stemmed from dedication. He established himself as an indispensable team member, thanks to leadership skills, can-do attitude and passion for excellence. Regardless of his success, he’s a devoted team player who has proven his steadfast commitment to delivering results. He gives back to the community by volunteering at a local non-for profit.
